Job Summary
 
The CSI/NDO/NRO Service Delivery Line Manager leads the CSI, NDO and NRO team in Ivory Coast (Cote D'ivore). Service Engineers, Solution Architects and CPM report to this position. This position reports to the COM in Ivory Coast.
The Service Delivery Line Manager shall create and ensure Customer value and satisfaction through an efficient Service delivery.
The Service Delivery Line Manager is to support services sales directly or indirectly via the unit resources and to understand and align to overall Service Delivery Processes, Models and Strategies.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience Requirements:
  • Technical Degree, MSC, MBA or equivalent through experience
  • At least 3 years line management experience
  • At least 5 years Operation and Service Delivery experience
