Our client in the agricultural industry is seeking a qualified individual to lead their team on site in West Africa. Responsibilities: Lead the maintenance team on all mobile equipment maintenance. Budget preparation and control. Ensure health, safety, environmental and legal standards are adhered to. Mentor and train subordinates. Requirements: Qualification and Skill Diesel Mechanic Trade Test. 8 years’ experience in the maintenance of Caterpillar equipment. Experience on CAT SIS and ET systems. Previous experience as an expatriate in Africa. Experience mentoring and training subordinates of diverse cultural backgrounds. Contractual information: Single status on a rotation of 15 weeks on & 3 weeks or married status on 5 months on & 1 month off. 3 year contract with possible renewal.
