Description de l'offre : A renowned mining company is looking for a seasoned expatriate to join the team in their West African mine as a Commercial Superintendent. Responsibilities: Coordinate the Accounting team and provide leadership to the commercial team; Deliver financial and accounting services in accordance to company policies and procedures; Uphold  and implement all company financial rules, regulations and procedures for the site; Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to govern finance and accounting functions; Facilitate collaboration between commercial, operational and service department; Educate and train others about processes and reporting requirements; Deliver business improvement initiatives; Ensure participation and provide leadership in Safety and Continuous Improvement initiatives; Ensure that procedures are developed and maintained for all accounting processes. Requirements: Qualification and Skill Master in Commerce or in Economy or Auditing/Accounting CA or CPA qualified 5 - 10 years’ experience in Management Accounting in an operational environment; Experience with Ellipse, or another ERP system; Excellent communication and persuading skills; Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines timeously; Strong analytical skills coupled with a methodical approach; Advanced level of proficiency in MS Excel; Experience with TM1 or another OLAP database and SQL is advantageous;   Previous site based experience in the mining or manufacturing industries.  Contractual information: 6 weeks on 3 weeks off FIFO roster; Speaking French is advantageous; Expat position.
