Description de l'offre : We are looking for: A LOGISTICS COORDINATOR Country: Sierra Leone, base in Freetown Length of Contract: 24 months starting as soon as possible Responsibilities: Secure sound logistical performance and coordination at mission level in order to provide programs with optimum support. Contribute to the definition of mission strategy Coordinate logistics at national level Collaborate with headquarters in the management of international transport Set up a security policy for the mission Promote and ensure collaboration and coordination in logistics with the mission’s partners Prevent and manage fraud and corruption Manage the Logistics team in capital and support the Logistics Managers on the bases Qualification and previous experience: You hold a bachelor degree in logistics and have occupied a similar position on the field for an international NGO, ideally in Africa. You demonstrate excellent logistics capacity assessment and you hold a strong experience in team management and capacity building. You are recognized for your interpersonal and communication skills. You speak and write English fluently. A previous experience in the field of logistics and/or security management with ACF is preferable. Status: Employee Total average yearly gross income : from 44910€ to 51410€ Fixed-term contract, provided by ACF according to the French legislation. All expenses paid on the field: o Support to the R & R costs : 110€/month average o Transportation costs to and from the mission : 460€/ month average, o Collective or individual accommodation depending on position : 700€/month average o Food and hygiene expenses (living allowance) : 354 euros per months directly paid on the field o Per Diem : 202 euros per months directly paid on the field Gross monthly salary ranging from €1805 to €2305 (13rd month included), depending on relevant experience Social benefits: Medical, life and accident insurance provided by the institution 25 days of annual paid leaves 20 days of extra leaves per year (taken as recovery time breaks of one week every 2 or 4 months depending on the mission) Pre departure training, at the HQ in Paris Motivating Job Prospects in the medium and long term How to apply: To apply, please visit : http://www.actioncontrelafaim.org/en/content/logistics-head-department-1
