Description de l'offre : Tetra Tech ARD, headquartered in Burlington, Vermont (http:www.tetratechintdev.com/) is currently accepting expressions of interest from qualified candidates for an upcoming project in the USAID funded WASH project in Ghana. The objectives of this project are to provide improved water, sanitation, and hygiene services; strengthen the regional WASH institutional capacity; improve the management of drinking water source quality; and improve the sanitation service delivery. Local and regional candidates are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities: *Responsible for program implementation ensuring application of international best practices consistent with client expectations and abilities. *Is responsible for program results and outcomes including client satisfaction, timely deliverable submission, assignment completion, quality assurance and control. *Supervises all field-based program technical staff and consultants and locally-hired support staff. *Delineates supervision within the team as necessary and warranted. Qualifications: *Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, International Development or related field. *Minimum of 10+ years’ experience managing USAID/USG funded projects. *Experience in leading the implementation of WASH projects preferred. *Strong understanding of institutional strengthening and experience working with decentralized authorities. *Excellent planning, management and organizational skills. Skilled in organizing resources and establishing priorities. *Strong leadership, analytical and organizational skills. Demonstrated ability to work both independently and within a team. Demonstrated skill in quickly assessing priorities and opportunities and managing a variety of activities with attention to detail. *Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact professionally with donor, project stakeholders, in-country collaborators and staff at all levels of the organization. *Strong MS Office skills, including Excel. *Strong written and oral presentation skills in English. *Ghanaian nationals strongly encouraged to apply; To be considered applicants must submit the following as part of the on-line process: * Cover Letter * CV in reverse chronological format * A list of at least 3 professional references including name, contact information, and statement of relationship to the reference.
