Description de l'offre : Are you an Engineering Manager with fluent French communication skills and a background in open pit mining maintenance? This could be the opportunity for you! Our client is seeking a qualified individual to join their team in Guinea. Responsibilities: Implementing short, medium and long term maintenance planning systems. Ensuring maximum plant and equipment availability and reliability. Assisting with equipment installations and modifications. Ensuring stores are managed for optimum parts availability. Technical support. Management, mentoring and training of subordinates. Overseeing relevant contractor activity. Ensuring quality, safety and legal standards are adhered to. Requirements: Qualification and Skill Relevant Degree, Diploma or similar qualification. Professional Engineering Registration advantageous. Minimum 6 years’ experience in Engineering Maintenance Management in an open pit mining environment. Experience mentoring and training subordinates of diverse cultural backgrounds.
